Responsibilities

• Bathing, dressing, grooming, oral care
• Transportation if needed
• Obtains and records patient's vitals
• Incontinence Care
• Meal Preparation
• Light Housekeeping
• Linen Changes
• Laundry
• Companionship
• Medication Reminders

Requirements

• Current, valid state certification and in good standing.
• Successful completion of a nursing assistant program.
• If not CNA certified must take PCA Test upon hire.
• Certified CPR
• Negative 2 Step TB skin test or chest x-ray.
• Valid Drivers License
• Valid SSC card
• Valid Auto Insurance
