WE ARE LOOKING FOR A GENERAL MANAGER FOR OUR DOWNTOWN MIAMI LOCATION! WILLING TO TRAIN ON PIZZA, BUT MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN A KITCHEN. MUST HAVE STRONG CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AS WE ARE AN OPEN KITCHEN.

Schedule flexibility is a must.

About the Role:

The General Manager will have a key role in daily restaurant operations by supporting both FOH and BOH teams during active shifts. This role ensures consistent service, smooth operations, and guest satisfaction, while upholding our standards and culture. The General Manager acts as a point of contact for team members and guests, helping drive productivity and maintain a positive environment throughout each shift.

Responsibilities:

• Thorough knowledge of service procedures, menu items, and brand culture.
• Assist in overseeing FOH and BOH workflow during assigned shifts.
• Maintain high standards of guest service, hospitality, and product quality.
• Help train, supervise, and support team members to ensure smooth service.
• Conduct opening and closing procedures according to established guidelines.
• Assist with cash handling, POS functions, and end-of-day reconciliation.
• Support team members with guest inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Communicate proactively with BOH to maintain timing, accuracy, and food quality.
• Maintain organized and clean dining, service, and workstation areas.
• Uphold safety and sanitation standards in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Remain calm and professional in high-volume or unusual situations.
• Uphold the brand’s culture, standards, and commitment to quality and hospitality.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of restaurant leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong communication, guest service, and team leadership skills.
• Ability to support and coach team members in real time.
• Positive and solution-oriented attitude.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during high-volume service.
• Flexibility with mornings, nights, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Current work authorization.
• Night Shift Availability

Physical Requirements:

• Requires standing for prolonged periods of time.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds regularly.
• Frequent walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions.
• Ability to move quickly between service areas and BOH/FOH spaces.
• Comfort working in fast-paced, high-energy environments.
