Travel Consultant – Entry Level Bluteam USA International Growth Inc. One Evertrust Plaza - Jersey City, New Jersey | Full-Time | On-site About Us Blueteam USA is a New Jersey–based travel agency serving corporate and leisure clients across the United States and internationally. We are growing our team and looking for a motivated Travel Consultant who is eager to learn and build a career in the travel industry.. What You’ll Do Assist clients with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel services. Build itineraries tailored to client needs, budgets, and travel policies. Handle changes, cancellations, and refunds in a timely and professional manner. Respond to client inquiries by phone and email, providing excellent customer service. Work with GDS/booking platforms (training provided). Keep accurate records of bookings and support the team with administrative tasks. What We’re Looking For High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree is a plus. 0–2 years of experience; interest in travel, hospitality, or customer service. Strong communication and organizational skills. Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple requests at once. Comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office. Knowledge of a second language (e.g., Italian or Spanish) is a plus. Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken) is required. Work Authorization Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Employment eligibility will be verified through Form I-9 upon hire. This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. What We Offer Salary range: $40,000,00 – $46,000.00 per year. Paid training and growth opportunities. Partial Health insurance / PTO / 401(k).
