Line of Business: Aggregates Ready Mix Driver II Heidelberg Materials is one of the world's largest suppliers of building materials. Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. What You'll Be Doing Safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites in a timely manner. Conduct pre-trip, post-trip, and daily vehicle inspections to support safe and reliable operations. Maintain product quality by properly handling, mixing, and unloading concrete according to specifications. Provide professional customer service while communicating effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members. Follow all safety policies, traffic regulations, and operational procedures to support a safe work environment. What Are We Looking For Valid Commercial Driver's License (CDL) with a safe driving record. Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and equipment. Strong commitment to safety, reliability, and customer service excellence. Ability to perform vehicle inspections, complete required documentation, and follow operational procedures. Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Conditions of Employment: Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Work Environment: Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
