Location: Morton Plant North Bay Hospital – New Port Richey, FL Facility: BayCare Health System, Laboratory Services – NBH Shift: Nights | 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM Schedule: Full-Time | Onsite Status: Non-Exempt Weekend Work: Every Other Weekend

Role Overview

As a Clinical Laboratory Scientist I, you will:

• Perform diagnostic testing and quality control procedures
• Prepare reagents and report results according to established policies and procedures
• Review and oversee moderate to high complexity testing
• Monitor and maintain laboratory computer applications
• Maintain laboratory equipment and supplies
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Education

Required: Associate's degree in Medical Technology or a related field

Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field

Experience

• Clinical laboratory experience required
• Minimum four months of relevant experience

Licensure / Certification

• State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Technologist License (Required)
