Position Overview We are seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Project Manager to lead our residential and commercial landscaping and pool construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record of managing projects on time, within scope, and on budget. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and oversee landscaping, pool construction, and outdoor living projects from initiation to completion Collaborate with clients, designers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project goals and expectations are met Develop project timelines, budgets, resource plans, and schedules Manage on‑site activities, ensuring work is performed to high quality and safety standards Proactively identify and resolve project risks or delays Maintain clear communication with clients throughout the project lifecycle Supervise subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with project requirements Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting Ensure all projects meet company standards, client expectations, and regulatory requirements Requiremen t 3+ years of project management experience in construction, landscaping, or related fields Strong understanding of landscape design, construction processes, or pool building is a plus Excellent organizational, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills Proficiency with project management software, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation PMP certification is a plus but not required Why Join The Pros, Inc.?
