Senior Community Manager — Remote Affordable Housing

Dominium is seeking a Senior Community Manager to oversee operations for properties on a floating basis, filling in during vacancies and handling special projects. You will lead site staff, manage leasing, maintenance, resident relations, and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local housing laws while supporting marketing and leasing efforts. The role requires 5+ years in multifamily property management, knowledge of tax credit programs (Section 42/Section 8), and strong leadership, #J-18808-Ljbffr Dominium Inc.
