About the Role

Our team is growing to help OpenAI build the next phase of highly capable intelligent computer systems. Were looking for a highly experienced Recruiter who advises hiring managers and partners closely with senior leaders across the organization. Youre driven to work on high-value talent initiatives and are close to the industrys most sought-after talent. Youll work with our existing team membersincluding technical recruiters coordinators sourcers and cross-functional partnersto drive key hires across engineering AI and technical domains.

In this role you will:

• Independently manage stakeholder expectations for top-of-funnel initiatives across the business

• Partner with executives and hiring managers to deeply understand current and future hiring needs

• Design and execute strategic sourcing plans to map talent and drive top-of-funnel activity

• Own the candidate experience from first engagement through loop interview stage delivering exceptional service and fast turnaround

• Act as a thought partner to hiring teams offering talent market insights funnel data and best practices

• Source technical talent through creative outreach events and passive campaigns

• Build and maintain nurturing campaigns and brand-forward recruitment marketing efforts

You might thrive in this role if you have:

• 8 years of progressive recruiting experience in high-growth premier tech environments

• Proven success hiring in niche and competitive technical talent markets

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with senior stakeholders

• Clear compelling written and verbal communication skills

• Comfort navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
