Title: Nursing - Skilled Nursing Facility Schedule:
- Shift: 08:00 AM - 04:30 PM Assignment Details:
- Guaranteed Hours: 0
- Contract Weeks: 52 Requirements:
- Salary placement fee: 10%
- Salary range: $72,500 - $93,600
- 40 hours per week
- Cannot take new patients Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in a skilled nursing facility.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
- Educate patients and families about health conditions and management. Compliance / Notes:
- No weekend rotation.
