Specialty Store Manager in Training — Leadership Path

The Home Depot offers a Specialty Assistant Store Manager in Training (SASM-IT) program designed to develop future leaders through hands-on experience across Specialty, Pro, and Services. The program includes mentorship, leadership development, and exposure to Manager on Duty responsibilities. During the up-to-6 week training, participants learn to implement strategies that boost sales, enhance customer service, and drive profitability under guidance from the Store Manager and ASM teammates. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Home Depot
