Salary: $72,800 - 114,400 per year Requirements:

• At least 4 years of experience as a real estate broker, managing broker, designated broker, broker associate, Realtor, or in a similar role.
• Experience overseeing real estate transactions and negotiating between buyers and sellers.
• Availability to commit at least 20 hours per week.
• Strong written English communication skills.

• Evaluate AI-generated listing descriptions, negotiation scripts, and transaction summaries for quality and accuracy.
• Compare AI-generated responses for transactional soundness, negotiation strategy, and market-relevant reasoning.
• Review brokerage scenarios involving pricing, contract terms, and closing coordination, and provide expert feedback.
• Apply practical experience overseeing transactions and managing brokerage operations.
• Work independently and asynchronously to help improve AI systems for real estate applications.

We are seeking real estate brokers for a remote, 4–6-week contract paying $70–$110 per hour, with a commitment of at least 20 hours per week. The role is expected to start immediately. Payment is task-based upon approval of the first task, with qualified experts paid hourly for the remainder of the project. The application takes approximately 20–30 minutes and includes uploading a resume, completing an AI interview based on the resume, and submitting a form. Our team reviews applications daily.
