Community Based Child Care Fee Assistance Manager

Job Title

This position involves comprehensive management and oversight of the Joint Operations Community Based Fee Assistance Program.

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Management and oversight for the Joint Operations Community Based Fee Assistance Program ensuring effective execution of registration, enrollment, providers management, and invoice processes.
• Development of processes to administer the fee assistance subsidy payment process.
• Ensuring program follow-up and efficiency in processing application, enrollments, invoices, reports, and customer inquiries.
• Design, development, and execution of automated processes to administer the fee assistance program.
• Establishing relationships with personnel from other functional offices to gain support and provide timely services.
• Outreach to community child care providers to expand the network of participating providers.
• Establishing communication protocols with military service/components representatives.
• Ensuring the highest level of customer service to families, community providers, and military service stakeholders.
• Managing long/short term performance objectives to measure the program's feasibility and viability.
• Developing service level standards and associated metrics to manage team performance.
• Analyzing metrics, significant trends, and issues related to the fee assistance program.
• Serving as a subject matter expert on inter-agency and/or inter-departmental teams.
• Reviewing, developing, and maintaining Memoranda of Understanding with military services/components.
• Forecasting and estimating program requirements and preparing programmatic reports.
• Preparing and delivering oral presentations to various audiences concerning the Joint Operations Fee Assistance Program.
