Position: Full-Time Live-Out or Live-In Family Assistant (open to live-in for the right candidate; must reside within a reasonable distance - Tri-State Area)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM-6:00 PM, with flexibility for occasional evenings, weekends, and overnight support as needed (advance notice provided whenever possible)
Salary: $80,000-$90,000 annually, commensurate with experience; negotiable for the right fit
Start Date: ASAP (flexible for the right candidate) - Ideally no later than May 18
Relocation: NO - local/regional candidates preferred

The family includes three children-two teenagers and one child under the age of ten who requires more hands-on daily support and structure. This position offers the flexibility of live-in or live-out arrangements, depending on the candidate's preference. A vehicle is provided for transporting the children to and from school, extracurricular activities, and appointments, and the family places a strong emphasis on safety, reliability, and punctuality.

Children: Three girls, ages 18, 16, and 9 (polite, respectful, and well-mannered)
Home Size: Large private residence
Pets: 2 Family dogs ( A Goldendoodle and English Bull Terrier) - must genuinely enjoy being around dogs
Household Staff: Full-time housekeeper, dog sitter, and an Executive Assistant based in Utah
Responsibilities

• Safe Transportation: Driving children to/from school, extracurricular activities, after-school sports, appointments, playdates, and other destinations as scheduled and needed, using a provided vehicle.
• Attentive, Reliable Care: Provide attentive, reliable care and supervision for three children, ensuring a safe, supportive, and engaging environment. Confidently manage all three children independently when needed, supporting varying age groups, maintaining structure and routines for the youngest child, including morning and evening support.
• Maintain Organization: related to the children and assist with light household tasks connected to their needs
• Errands: Run various household errands including shopping, dry cleaning, post office visits, picking up prescriptions, vet appointments, and other household-related errands as needed.
• Grocery and Supply Shopping: Maintain a list of household needs and perform regular grocery and supply shopping to ensure the household is well-stocked with necessary and required items.
• Meal Preparation: Assist with meal prep and basic cooking, including preparing simple breakfasts, snacks, and light meals.
• General Household Support: Offer and a ssist with general household tasks such as organizing, light cleaning, supporting vehicle maintenance, handling the dishes, taking out the trash, etc. , stepping in wherever needed, with a proactive and helpful approach!
• Oversee Service Providers: Vendors, maintenance professionals, and service staff visiting the home.
• Pet Care: Feeding, taking to vet, etc., as needed.
• Coordination: Manage and prioritize tasks, ensuring family needs are met promptly and efficiently
• Occasional House and Pet Sitting Duties as Needed
• Provide Overnight Care: Occasional overnight stays with the girls, with advance notice, ensuring continuity and consistency for the children

Live-In Accommodations (Optional for the Right Candidate)

Private en-suite bedroom and bathroom, along with access to a private kitchen on a separate floor (not used by the family), offering a comfortable and independent living space
Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar Family Assistant, nanny, or household support role
• Excellent references
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; confident and safe driver required (vehicle provided for work use)
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Comfortable and willing to assist with dogs as needed
• Flexible schedule with availability for occasional overnights and schedule changes
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills
• Positive attitude and a proactive, team-oriented approach
