Key Responsibilities Support the Restaurant General Manager in leading daily restaurant operations Drive performance in guest service, food quality, speed of service, cleanliness, and profitability Supervise and support team members and shift leaders during shifts Provide coaching, direction, and accountability to meet restaurant standards Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally Ensure food preparation meets Popeyes quality and safety standards Assist with scheduling, inventory, cash controls, and training Maintain restaurant cleanliness, equipment, and sanitation standards Lead by example with regular, reliable attendance Qualifications Experience in restaurant, food service, retail, or hospitality leadership roles Strong leadership skills to motivate teams and uphold standards Comfortable managing scheduling, inventory labor, and guest service Excellent communication and organizational skills Able to coach and develop team members for promotion readiness Available for flexible shifts including days, nights, weekends, and holidays Capable of standing, bending, lifting up to 50 lbs as needed Eligible to work in the United States and meet age requirements Schedule & Benefits Full-time position with 8-hour shifts including weekends, holidays, days, and nights Competitive pay based on experience and location Employee meal discounts and bonus pay opportunities Leadership development and hands‑on coaching Clear path for career growth to Restaurant General Manager and beyond Founded in 1972, Popeyes® has more than 40 years of history and culinary tradition.
