Senior Behavioral Health Specialist

MedStar Health seeks a Senior Behavioral Health Specialist to provide advanced clinical assessment, counseling, and care coordination for adults and adolescents with mental health and co-occurring conditions. In this patient-first, team-based role, you will complete psychosocial evaluations, develop evidence-based treatment plans, deliver individual and group therapy, and collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, social workers, and community partners. You will support crisis intervention, discharge planning, and referrals while mentoring junior staff and contributing to quality improvement and population health initiatives.
