What You'll Do: Engage with Members: Provide friendly, personalized service in person, over the phone, or digitally - always focused on building trust. Loan Solutions: Assist members with consumer loans, home equity products, credit cards, and more - from application to funding. Account Services: Open new accounts, update existing accounts, and ensure accuracy in all member transactions. Product Recommendations: Identify members' needs and recommend the best credit union products, referring to specialists when necessary. Financial Guidance: Educate members on their options so they can make informed financial decisions. Tech Support: Help members navigate online banking and other self‑service tools. Compliance & Security: Follow all policies, procedures, and regulations while keeping member information safe and secure. What We're Looking For: A positive attitude and passion for helping others succeed financially. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with people from all walks of life. (Spanish‑speaking skills are a plus!) Problem‑solving skills and a solutions‑focused mindset. Attention to detail with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
