We’re looking for a Senior Human Resources Generalist who is ready to step into a high-impact role supporting a dynamic, global business. This is more than a traditional HR role, you’ll partner with leaders, and help shape HR programs that support growth across the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with leaders to navigate complex employee relations matters and provide practical, business-focused guidance
• Support and drive performance management processes
• Lead and support compensation initiatives, including analysis and program administration
• Help implement and improve HR programs that enhance employee experience
• Collaborate across teams and global locations to ensure consistency in HR practices
• Act as a trusted advisor to both managers and employees

What We’re Looking For: You’re a seasoned HR professional who brings both strong foundational experience and a proactive, business-minded approach.

Required:

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience in a Generalist, HR Manager, or HRBP role
• Experience supporting a global workforce and working with international teams
• Hands-on experience with Paycom
• Strong background in employee relations, performance management, compensation, and HR program support
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field

Preferred:

• PHR or SPHR certification
• Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments
• Multi-site experience
• Strong compensation analysis and market benchmarking experience
• Ability to translate HR data into actionable insights
