You will be tasked with guiding teams into CI/CD methodologies and coach 2-4 Agile teams simultaneously with in-depth guidance on the roles, rituals, and artifacts of Agile teams and organization units. In doing so, it will be key to provide team members with feedback and means of improvement through hands-on support to all, collaborating with people across widely varying levels and roles including Product Owners, DevOps teams, and development teams. You will also be responsible for designing a plan for the adoption of DevSecOps (Domain-wide / Enterprise-wide).Key Requirements:Experience and a deep understanding of working within a DevOps environmentStrong experience in AWS, Azure and/or GCPProven technical background/understanding of DevOps, Software Engineering or Infrastructure EngineeringExperience coaching and upskilling teams on DevSecOps practices and adoptionStrong experience with Continuous Integration/ Continuous Testing/ Continuous Delivery processes and toolsExperience on integrating security and performance testing into DevOps pipelinePrior experience in programming and/or development to utilize within coaching methodologiesBenefitsWhy Contino?You enjoy surrounding yourself with hardworking, highly experienced people who will support and push you to be your absolute best.
