• Compensation Package:
  • Base salary with potential for additional productivity incentives.
  • Signing bonus of $150K plus a $100K retention bonus over five years, totaling $250K.

Our Primary Care Facility is looking for a Family Medicine Physician to join our team in Montoursville .

Clinical Responsibilities: 36 hours of direct patient care Monday through Friday, along with 4 hours dedicated to administrative tasks each week. Light on-call duties from home, with no inpatient responsibilities.

Available Resources: Seamless referrals to social workers, behavioral health specialists, nutritionists, and our extensive network of specialists.

Support Structure: A dedicated team of administrative professionals will manage practice operations.

Qualifications:

• Medical Degree (MD/DO)
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine Residency Program
• Board-certified in Family Medicine (or board-eligible for recent graduates)
• Unrestricted Pennsylvania Medical License (or eligibility to obtain one)
• DEA Certification
