As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities - Support TikTok Shop platform-level campaigns and daily promotional operations, including C-side shopping guidance resource allocation, traffic distribution, campaign page operations, and merchandising strategy execution; - Assist in traffic allocation and distribution strategy optimization across key surfaces such as Homepage, Shop Tab, Search, and transaction-related entry points, leveraging user behavior and supply insights to improve traffic efficiency - Conduct business and monetization-related data analysis, including traffic, CVR, GPM, GMV, subsidy efficiency, and other core business metrics to support strategic decision-making - Support campaign target planning, performance tracking, post-mortem analysis, and strategic deep dives, while helping build reusable operational frameworks and SOPs

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate/Master in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Marketing, or related field - Proven experience of analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets - An analytical and structured thinker, strong in understanding and deriving insights from data - Proven skills in communication, and problem-solving skills - Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced cross-functional environment Preferred Qualifications: - Proven experience in e-commerce, consulting, or data analysis

Job Information

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75- $23.75. Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location. Interns have day one access to health insurance, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and more. Interns also receive 10 paid holidays per year and paid sick time (56 hours if hired in first half of year, 40 if hired in second half of year). Interns who are not working 100% remote may also be eligible for housing allowance. The Company reserves the right to modify or change these benefits programs at any time, with or without notice.
