Active Michigan Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience providing home health physical therapy preferred. Client requires demonstrated ability to manage caseloads in community or home settings, including documentation in electronic medical records and performing home safety assessments.
