Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented team. We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team in Columbus, OH, supporting a high-volume, fast-paced Talent Acquisition function. This is a contract role with strong potential for full-time conversion for the right candidate. You will be the face of Talent Acquisition for our Cyber Security team, which is based locally in Columbus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage full lifecycle recruiting for 2030 technical roles per week.
• Source, screen, and hire top talent across roles such as:
• Cyber Security
• Cloud Security
• Security Analytics
• CyberArk
• Developers, Engineers, and Managers
• Partner closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring needs and deliver top-tier candidates.
• Utilize ATS platforms (Workday experience is a plus) to manage candidate pipelines and reporting.
• Represent the company brand and values in all candidate interactions.

Required Qualifications:

• 1015 years of hands-on recruiting experience, with a strong focus on Cyber Security roles.
• Proven experience in full lifecycle recruiting.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday experience is a plus.
• Experience recruiting in FinTech or corporate recruiting environments preferred; agency experience will also be considered.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
