Looking for Senior BA local to VA/MD only with 9+ years of experience in Finance Sr. Business Analyst to analyze business, gather functional requirements and identify opportunities leveraging new processes, technologies and data. Works directly with internal customers to understand the business environment and needs. Identifies relevant design, process and specification issue. Must be able to retrieve and manipulate data.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies and product roadmap, liaising business and technical teams.
• Analyze multifamily loan data, property financials and external data to create or enhance methodologies and models.
• Gather requirements from business units and translates those into stories and features.
• Demonstrate an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities.
• Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner.
• Collaborate with peers, be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment.

Skills:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology.
• Knowledge of Tableau.
• Knowledge of SQL and R or Python.
• Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills.
