Who We Are (And Why We’re Different)

At Team Rehab , we’re a therapist-owned family of outpatient clinics across Michigan, Illinois, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Georgia. Since 2001, we’ve operated under one simple truth: Where teamwork makes the dream work. We believe that when therapists are supported, heard, and actually having fun, our patients get the best care possible.

We aren't a corporate machine. We are a community built on clinical excellence and a workplace where people actually love to come every day.

Our Investment in Your Success

We don’t just offer a job; we offer a career where we prioritize your growth, your well-being, and your future.

How We Mentor & Invest in You

• Mentorship That Matters: A 13-week structured mentorship program with weekly 1:1 sessions tailored to your specific clinical goals.
• Never Pay for a CEU Again: Access to 50+ free in-house CEU events and 40 hours of dedicated CEU PTO.
• Your Education, Your Choice: $1,500 annually for continuing education or to pay down your student loans—the choice is yours.
• Residency on Us: We cover the full cost of residency tuition and clinical mentoring hours.
• Specialty Tracks: Gain early exposure and expert mentoring in areas like Sports, Pelvic Health, Vestibular, and more.

Benefits Built for Real Life

• Fast-Tracked Health: Medical, dental, and vision coverage begins just 30 days after your start date.
• Bonuses That Actually Work: Monthly bonus potential and profit sharing that don't penalize you for taking your hard-earned PTO.
• Security for the Future: A 401(k) with a 3.5% match and ownership/equity opportunities available to everyone.

Tools & Freedom

• Documentation Made Easy: Access to an optional AI documentation assistant so you can keep your eyes on your patients, not your screen.
• Zero Red Tape: We believe in earning your loyalty, which is why we have no contracts and absolutely no non-compete agreements for new graduates.

Responsibilities

What Your Day Looks Like

We empower you to be a clinician, not a unit producer.

• Connect & Treat: Evaluate and treat patients with an emphasis on their medical and emotional needs.
• Build Your Dream Caseload: We work with you to see the types of patients you are most passionate about.
• Collaborate: Supervise techs and work alongside a team that actually has your back.
• Prioritize Care: Maintain a reasonable caseload (averaging 1.5 patients per hour) because we prioritize patient outcomes over productivity quotas.

What Our Team Says

"This is the healthiest work environment I’ve been in as a PT. The support from leadership is unmatched."

"I don’t feel micromanaged. I feel trusted to do my job well and valued for who I am, not just the work I do."

"To be honest, I wish I had found Team Rehab earlier in my career. It’s genuine, fun, and we support one another to succeed."
