We have a full-time HCM Cloud role open for a company based in Atlanta. This company went live last year with Core HR, Absence, Benefits, T&L, and Recruiting. They're going live with Payroll last this year in October.

Job Profile Analyst Oracle HCM Cloud Systems Business Titles HR Systems Analyst Purpose of the role The HR Systems Analyst serves as a subject matter expert related to HR business processes, systems functionality, configuration, data management, and capabilities. This position plays a lead role in the implementation and support of systems initiatives, working with internal teams to gather, validate, and configure business requirements with recommended solutions.

Strategic Business Partnership

• Effectively partners with teams such as HR, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, Finance, IT, and others to provide support for requests such as enhancements, defects, and new functionality.
• Participates in the ongoing requirements gathering, design, build, test, and deployment of new functionality or modules. Understands the importance of change management to facilitate the transition to new technology and processes.

Technical Leadership

• Maintains technical and industry trend knowledge by participating in Vendor Community and other forums, including on-line discussions, brainstorms, voting, training, webinars, etc.
• Owns weekly and major bi-annual release management by conducting impact assessment, identifying potential business application, and presenting to business stakeholders to gather requirements of new functionality.
