Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe and effective patient care in a med surg/telemetry unit

• Monitor vitals, administer medications, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams

• Respond to patient changes quickly and professionally

• Accurately document and assess patient progress

✅ Requirements:

• Active RN license (AZ or compact)

• Minimum 1 year of Med Surg/Tele experience preferred

• BLS & ACLS certifications (AHA required)

• Ability to thrive independently on night shifts
