Custodial Supervisor

Growing Company seeks a dynamic Supervisor to lead and supervise Custodial Staff of Hospital and Clinics in Jefferson City MO and Columbia MO.


The qualified candidate must posses the following qualifications and skills;

Must be able to pass a Government Background check and Drug Test

Vaccination schedule to follow

5 year experience in Supervisor capacity

Strong communication skills

Ability to lead and supervise staff, train and lead crews to handle project work


Custodial Skills include: Stripping and Waxing Floors - as well as Project Work

Hospital Disinfection- Bathroom disinfection

Patient room discharge cleaning as well as daily cleaning

Garbage removal

Carpet cleaning,

Glass cleaning- high dusting, low dusting

Office Cleaning

Payroll and scheduling preparation
