US Inspect is the nation's leading inspection services firm, delivering residential inspections since 1987. We are currently expanding our presence in the Washington, DC Metro area and have openings for experienced inspectors to join our team of highly skilled professionals.
Flexible Service Area & Territory
As a US Inspect team member, your day-to-day inspections will take place out in the field, but you are fully backed by our dedicated office support staff. You have the flexibility to define your own coverage area and build a schedule that works best for you within the greater DMV region.
We have high client demand and encourage coverage across our key local markets. It is ultimately up to you where you conduct inspections, but opportunities are abundant in Washington, DC, Maryland, and Northern Virginia.

Our team is an invaluable asset to each inspector. While you enjoy the independence of a Mobile Office, you are never on your own. You will have the full support of our professional office team, and you will stay connected with your peers through regular in-person team meetings. In joining our DC Metro team, you will have instant access to experienced local inspectors who understand the benefits of helping each other grow.
