About the Role

This position combines  customer service with consultative sales . You’ll connect with clients who have requested information, guide them through their options, and help them make informed decisions.

We approach sales as an extension of  customer service—focused on trust, education, and long-term relationships, not pressure.

• Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions

• Assist with applications and enrollment
