Personal Injury Paralegal
Cruitin Inc. is partnering with a boutique, plaintiff-side personal injury law firm located in the Uptown area of Dallas to identify an experienced Personal Injury Paralegal. Our client handles high-exposure, catastrophic injury matters and is known for detailed, hands-on casework from intake through trial.
As the firm continues to grow, they are seeking a skilled paralegal to join a small, collaborative team and take ownership of complex litigation files.
About the Role
This position is ideal for a paralegal who prefers substantive, high-level work over volume-based caseloads. You will work closely with Attorneys and Partners, managing approximately 2530 active catastrophic injury cases requiring deep analysis, discovery, and trial preparation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage plaintiff-side personal injury cases from intake through settlement or trial
- Draft pleadings, discovery, and litigation support documents
- Organize, review, and analyze extensive medical records and case materials
- Coordinate with clients, experts, medical providers, and opposing counsel
- Track deadlines and ensure precision in all filings and case documentation
- Assist attorneys with trial preparation and strategy support
Qualifications
- 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury paralegal experience
- Experience handling matters from pre-litigation through trial
- Background in catastrophic or complex injury cases
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Stable work history (strong tenure preferred, but not seeking a 20+ year paralegal at one firm)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, Access)
- Ability to work in-office, MondayFriday, 8:30 AM5:30 PM
- Bilingual skills are a plus, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000+ base salary, commensurate with experience
