Highlights Pay: $43.00/hour Location: Cleveland, OH Facility: Cleveland Clinic Children's Hospital for Rehabilitation Department/Unit: Childrens Hospital Schedule: Per Diem, Day shift What You’ll Do Provide direct nursing care. Implement, monitor, evaluate, update, and revise patient care plans. Monitor, record, document, and communicate patients’ conditions. Administer prescribed medications and treatments. Note and carry out physician and nursing orders. Assess and coordinate patients’ discharge needs. Educate patients and their families. Requirements Education Graduate from an accredited school of professional nursing (ADN or BSN program) required. Experience 2 years recent related nursing experience required for external applicants. Internal applicants with less than 2 years’ experience may be considered with Chief Nursing Officer approval. Licenses & Certifications Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN). Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification required. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification required within one year of hire. #J-18808-Ljbffr
