Content Marketing Specialist

Content Strategy & Ideation
• Collaborate with marketing leadership to support content strategies that align with product launches, marketing initiatives, and demand generation goals.
• Identify problems, market opportunities, and competitive differentiators to help shape compelling product narratives.
• Generate content ideas and story frameworks that clearly communicate how our solutions stand out in the market.
• Develop, alongside leadership and cross-functional teams, content plans aligned to key personas and buying journeys.
Content Creation
• Write high-quality, conversion-focused content including:
o Website pages and product content
o Retailer product listings and bullet points
o Digital advertising copy
o Native articles
o Email campaigns
o YouTube titles, captions, and descriptions
o Other content as needed
• Develop problem/solution storytelling that clearly communicates product value.
• Tailor messaging to different personas, channels, and stages of the buying journey.
• Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging across all content.
SEO, AEO & Content Optimization
• Create content optimized for SEO, AEO, and emerging AI-driven search experiences (SGE).
• Conduct keyword research and integrate search insights into content development.
• Monitor performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversions.
• Continuously refine and optimize content based on analytics, search trends, and campaign performance insights.
Marketing Collaboration
• Partner with marketing teams to develop and deliver content that supports campaigns, product launches, and promotional initiatives.
• Provide messaging and content assets that can be used across multiple marketing channels.
• Collaborate with marketing leadership to ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategy and product positioning.
Demand Generation Through Content
• Develop content that creates excitement, inspires, educates, and converts audiences.
• Identify opportunities to grow organic demand through helpful, search-optimized content and storytelling.
• Produce content that drives u to the website and encourages engagement with products and solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in content marketing, copywriting, or digital marketing
• Experience writing product copy for large-scale product launches (50+ SKUs/products at a time)
• Proven ability to manage and prioritize content across a high volume of products simultaneously
• Experience tailoring messaging for multiple audiences (e.g., same product positioned differently for different customer segments)
• Strong understanding of how to adjust tone, value props, and messaging based on target audience
• Understanding of how to effectively develop copy for AEO, SGE, GEO
• Experience creating content across multiple channels (web, email, ads, product pages, video platforms, social media)
• Analytical mindset with experience using performance data to optimize content


Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with AEO and AI-driven search optimization (SGE)
• Experience writing ecommerce or retailer product content
• Familiarity with SEO and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)
• Experience supporting product marketing initiatives
• Direct experience in product content writing
