ID: 78221591 Shift: 12hr Nights 12x3 Description: HWL Hospital-Laconia-R24873 Can only do 36-hr Guarantee \r\nSubmission Requirements:\r\nMust have Advanced Tele experience\r\nWILL TAKE LOCALS - Local rate (less than 50 miles at the local rate)\r\nUp to date resume that includes 2+ years of experience in acute care setting (specialty) and documents travel experience.\r\nSkills Checklist matching specialty\r\nActive NH or Compact RN license required at time of submission\r\nBLS, ACLS, & NIHSS\r\nNURSYS Report Licenses verification with all active RN licenses\r\nRTO MUST be included at time of submission\r\nEMR Exp Preferred: Cerner - experience is preferred not required\r\nCardizem and Insulin Drips (insulin for hyperglycemia, not DKA) Phenobarbital on Tele\r\nWill Consider First time travelers with good experience\r\nWill need to pass an Advanced Dysrhythmia exam during onboarding\r\nRatios: 1:5-1:6\r\nTraveler may be requested to float to Concord Hospital-Franklin Guaranteed Hours: 36 Weekly Contract Weeks:89
