Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Program / Project Manager to lead the execution of large-scale Modular Electrical Infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing EPC projects involving Packaged Equipment Centers (PEC), Power Distribution Centers (PDC), Integrated Control Houses, Modular Electrical Buildings (E-House) , and utility or data center infrastructure. This role requires strong leadership in project governance, customer engagement, risk management, schedule adherence, and cross-functional team coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete project lifecycle from project kickoff through FAT, shipment, installation support, and project closeout.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Electrical, Mechanical, Structural, Manufacturing, Procurement, and Quality disciplines.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, milestones, and resource plans.
• Drive project governance, issue resolution, risk mitigation, and change management.
• Coordinate customer communication and serve as the primary point of contact throughout project execution.
• Lead engineering design reviews and monitor project deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, IEEE, ANSI, UL , utility requirements, and customer specifications.
• Coordinate engineering deliverables, procurement readiness, fabrication planning, and installation support.
• Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT), documentation control, and commissioning readiness.
• Monitor project KPIs related to quality, delivery, engineering productivity, commercial performance, and customer satisfaction.
• Prepare executive-level project status reports and manage project escalations.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering , Project Management, or a related technical discipline.
• 15+ years of experience managing EPC or industrial infrastructure projects.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Strong knowledge of North American project delivery standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
