Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Nurse located in Edmonds, Washington. This position involves providing specialized nursing care within a community hospital surgical setting. The role requires candidates to bring their license on the first day. The assignment involves working a 4X10 day shift schedule, with a minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 07/13/2026.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 4X10 Days, with 10-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Washington license, 2 years of OR experience, experience with EPIC (electronic medical record system), certifications in BLS and ACLS (ACLS preferred).
• Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in circulating and scrubbing for ENT, General Surgery, Total Joints, Neuro/Spine, OB/GYN, Orthopedics, Plastics, Post-op, Pre-op procedures.
• Additional Information: Previous permanent staff are not permitted to work here as travelersno exceptions. Any Swedish permanent staff is a strict disqualifier for all OR units and specialties. Candidates must have at least 2 years of OR experience and familiarity with a wide range of surgical procedures including hysterectomy, appendectomy, arthroscopy, cholecystectomy, fracture reduction, colon resection, laminectomy, laparoscopy, thyroidectomy, and total joint replacements. EPIC experience is a hard stop requirement.
• Certifications: BLS and ACLS (preferred).
• Shift Details: 10-hour shifts, with a flexible start time around 7am, 9am, 11am, or 3pm.
• Experience Requirements: 2 years of OR experience covering various surgical procedures.
• Additional Responsibilities: The candidate will need to provide two references covering at least one year (six months for CNAs) within the last three years prior to start.
