Ultrasound Technologist PRN

Job Summary We are seeking an Ultrasound Technologist (Sonographer) on a part‑time PRN basis to assist with patient care in the West Florida region. Responsibilities Prepare and position patients and equipment safely and competently. Obtain and document a complete patient history related to the procedure, and obtain informed consent according to policy. Maintain statistical results for quality improvement. Communicate effectively with patients, explaining procedures, and with radiologists regarding clinical findings, history, and test results. Qualifications Two‑year Associate Degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography. Valid ARDMS registry with RVT, AB, or OB/GYN specialty. Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. 1–3 years of previous experience as an Ultrasound Technologist. Strong organizational, verbal, interpersonal, customer relations, mathematical, analytical, grammar/spelling, computer (MEDITECH), and clerical skills.
