HR Manager

Job Title: Human Resources Manager Location: 4009 Craig Ave - Charlotte, NC Job Type: Full Time Education Level: 2 Year Degree Salary Range: $31.25 - $35.00 Hourly Schedule Monday–Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM Responsibilities Recruitment, onboarding, and employee retention initiatives Benefits administration and management Payroll processing for facility staff Compliance with personnel policies and procedures Workers' compensation claims management Unemployment claims administration and EEOC compliance Employee relations support and conflict resolution Policy interpretation and enforcement HR reporting, recordkeeping, and regulatory compliance Providing cross-functional support to department managers and leadership Assisting with employee engagement and recognition programs Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred Minimum of 3 years of Human Resources experience, preferably in healthcare or long-term care Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations Experience with payroll processing and benefits administration Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS/payroll systems Benefits Competitive salary Comprehensive benefits package Paid time off Professional development opportunities Supportive leadership team Opportunity to make a meaningful impact on employees and residents alike EOE.
