Seeking BC/BE Orthopedic Surgeon with expertise in primary and revision total joint replacement to join its established orthopedic practice.

This is a rare opportunity to step into a mature, high-volume joint replacement program while working alongside an experienced orthopedic surgeon during a planned succession. Over the next several years, you'll assume increasing surgical volume, complexity, and long-term leadership of one of the hospital's flagship service lines—without the challenge of building a practice from scratch.

\n APPs manage many initial evaluations and most routine postoperative follow-up visits, allowing surgeons to focus on operative care and complex cases.

• Guaranteed base salary: $641,000–$757,000+

• $140,000 bonus package , including:\n

  • $50,000 sign-on bonus
  \n
  • $90,000 retention bonuses over three years

• Additional paid call opportunities ($2,500/weekend)

• 10 days CME plus $7,500 CME allowance
