About the Role We are looking for a dependable and organized Shop Foreman to manage daily warehouse operations and support job site deliveries. Requirements Previous warehouse or construction supply experience preferred Strong organizational and inventory management skills Ability to lift and move materials as needed Forklift experience preferred Basic computer skills for tracking inventory and logs Strong communication and problem-solving skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Responsibilities Track new orders and coordinate warehouse workflow Unload and receive deliveries from suppliers and vendors Pick, verify, and pack materials according to requests Prepare and log shop orders for daily deliveries Load company vans in delivery order for job sites Manage returned materials and coordinate storage, return, or disposal Maintain and update inventory systems (including tool tracking) Conduct regular inventory counts and update IN/OUT logs Stock materials and ensure accurate inventory levels Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse and yard Operate and maintain forklift equipment safely Communicate with Field Operations regarding order discrepancies or substitutions Perform additional duties as assigned #J-18808-Ljbffr NOVA Construction Services
