What We Offer Quarterly safety bonuses Consistent weekly schedules Opportunities to interact with customers, warehouse teams and operational leadership to support and drive local business objectives and company goals Comprehensive benefits and insurance as a full-time associate Responsibilities Deliver merchandise to customers and assist with scheduling, loading, and unloading of materials Comply with Irby and DOT safety rules and regulations Uphold the integrity of the branch team through exceptional service standards and efficiency Minimum Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Commercial Driver’s License Ability to obtain a DOT Medical Card and Clearinghouse consent Ability to reach, bend, and lift/push packages thatweigh up to 50lbs Preferred Qualifications Three to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience Why work for Irby?
