This position is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility while maintaining a structured environment aimed at fostering recovery. As a part of our detox center, you will participate in regular virtual team meetings to discuss client cases, share best practices, and engage in collaborative problem-solving.   • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to identify clients' emotional, social, and behavioral needs at various stages of detox.

  • Engage in direct therapeutic intervention, providing both individual counseling and facilitating group therapy sessions focusing on recovery, relapse prevention, and life skills.

  • Utilize evidence-based practices to tackle issues such as trauma, anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders, ensuring a personalized approach for each client.

  • Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team, including medical staff and addiction specialists, to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

  • Support clients in post-detox transition planning, including referrals to community resources, continued care programs, and support groups.

  • A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program, ensuring a strong foundation in clinical practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 60,000 to 100,000 annually, depending on experience and credentials, alongside a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates.
