Compensation & Benefits

• $30-$60+ per service hour, including gratuity and enhancement commissions
• Enhancement commissions ranging from $2 to $15+ per service, providing additional earning opportunities

What You'll Do

• Provide customized massage sessions based on each client's needs and wellness goals

• Educate clients on services, enhancements, and wellness recommendations
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and professional treatment environment

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Massage Therapy License
• Massage liability insurance (or the ability to obtain it)
• Passion for helping clients feel their best
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Availability for evening and weekend shifts
