Join our team as a Vascular Ultrasound Technologist (Vascular Sonographer) in Winston-Salem, NC. You will perform vascular ultrasound examinations, prepare patients, document results, and ensure patient comfort and safety throughout procedures in a hospital setting. Minimum Requirements: National certification in vascular sonography from the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (preferred: RVT credential). 2 years of experience as a Vascular Ultrasound Technologist or Vascular Sonographer. Experience in hospital-based vascular laboratory or cardiology vascular lab required. BLS certification required. Proficiency with vascular ultrasound equipment and protocols, including arterial and venous duplex studies, mapping for bypass and grafts, and interpretation of Doppler waveforms. Ability to document exam findings in electronic medical records used in hospital settings. Preferred: experience working with vascular surgery teams, interventional radiology, or in a tertiary care/teaching hospital environment. Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital (Cardiology - Vascular Laboratory). Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0800-1600. Standard Hours Per Week: 40. Duration: 13 week travel assignment. May be required to collaborate with multiple departments within the hospital; floating to other hospital units may be required.
