Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations to ensure smooth functioning Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and satisfaction Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Create and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports Collaborate with culinary staff to optimize menu offerings Conduct regular inspections to maintain cleanliness and organization Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and growth Gather and analyze customer feedback to inform improvements Maintain inventory and ordering processes to ensure availability of supplies Engage with the community to build strong local connections Requirements Proven experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities In-depth knowledge of restaurant management and operations Experience with budget management and financial analysis Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food industry Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred Proficiency in restaurant management software is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
