Apartment Yard Maintenance Details:
- Temp-to-Hire position
- $16.00 / hour
- Full Time work available
- First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm )
- Mow, trim, and maintain lawns and landscaped areas.
- Inspect, repair, and maintain sprinkler and irrigation systems.
- Remove weeds and maintain flower beds and common grounds.
- Pick up trash and debris around properties.
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and attractive environment for residents
Apartment Yard Maintenance Qualifications:
- Experience in groundskeeping, landscaping, apartment maintenance, or general labor.
- Basic knowledge of irrigation, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or building maintenance.
- Experience using hand tools, power tools, and lawn equipment.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
- Applicant may be subject to a background check
- Applicant may be subject to a Motor Vehicle Report
- Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment
