Senior Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager (1537TW0806) Location Portsmouth, England Sector Building & Construction Salary £85,000 per annum + uncapped bonus + electric car scheme/allowance Join a growing specialist subcontractor delivering projects across data centres, defence, healthcare, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, electronics and logistics sectors. Following sustained year‑on‑year growth they are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor, Senior QS or Commercial Manager to help drive commercial performance across a rewarding blend of projects ranging from £300k to £2m. Unlike many larger organisations, your contribution will be visible, valued and rewarded. You'll work closely with the leadership team and have the opportunity to build and shape the commercial function while building a long‑term career within a growing established business. You'll play a key role in contract management, commercial strategy, cash flow, procurement and project profitability, working closely with our Project Management, Pre‑Construction and Finance teams.
