What You'll Need to Succeed Previous call center experience required Experience in financial services or card support preferred Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to handle complex issues Proven ability to de-escalate difficult customer situations Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently while knowing when to escalate issues Strong attention to detail and ability to understand complex processes Team-oriented with a positive, solution-focused attitude Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities Comfortable providing real-time support and guidance to team members

Your Day, Your Hustle: Handle inbound customer inquiries related to card issues via phone, with some email/chat support Act as a subject matter expert (SME) to support agents in real-time and resolve complex customer concerns Investigate and resolve escalated or high-impact customer issues with a focus on full resolution Assist with live agent support through internal communication tools Make outbound calls to customers as needed to resolve issues or follow up Manage and respond to complaints from call center staff in a timely and professional manner De-escalate customer situations and deliver a positive customer experience "Great communication about work assignments and available schedules. Understanding of work/life balance (most times)."
