Assistant Residence Manager

Description This opening is a supervisory position responsible for assisting the Residential Manager with activities related to the individuals we support, upkeep of the residence/services and providing staff direction. This position will work to ensure the heath and safety of the people served and will focus on the implementation of support plans and the utilization of local community resources. They will assist the Residence Manager with the hiring/training/orientation of new staff and the scheduling for their site as well as directing the activities of direct support staff while on duty. ***** Sign-On Bonus - $500 ***** Requirements HS Diploma or GED with 1+ years of related experience Valid NYS Driver's License with at least one year of non-permit driving experience
Must have vehicle for use in this position Ability to lift 50 lbs. Must be comfortable giving individuals direct care including assisting with personal hygiene tasks.
