Adolescent Behavioral Health Nurse

HCA Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Adolescent Behavioral Health Nurse to join our compassionate team. This role focuses on delivering specialized nursing care and support to adolescents experiencing a variety of behavioral health issues. Responsibilities Assess and evaluate adolescent patient health needs and mental status. Develop and implement detailed care plans tailored to individual patient requirements. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care. Educate patients and their families on management of their condition and healthy practices. Maintain patient confidentiality and documentation as per healthcare regulations. Qualifications Strong psychiatric and mental health knowledge. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage crises and make quick decisions under pressure. Compassionate patient care with a focus on adolescent development. Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
