The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead from the front — driving revenue while building, training, and managing a high-performing sales team.

This is a hands-on leadership role. During the initial ramp-up period, you’ll generate your own sales while working company-provided opportunities, then transition into full team leadership.

What You’ll Do

• Generate and close new business through company-provided and self-generated leads
• Recruit, train, and develop a team of sales representatives
• Lead daily sales activities, ride-alongs, and field coaching
• Track team performance and drive accountability to goals
• Inspect roofs and properties (including ladder use) to assess project scope
• Oversee projects from contract to completion to ensure customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience in sales leadership or team management
• Strong track record of personal sales performance
• Comfortable working in the field and climbing ladders / inspecting roofs
• Ability to recruit, train, and motivate a team
• Self-driven, competitive, and results-oriented mindset
• Reliable transportation
